How long does it take to make my arrows?

We will usually start the build the day you place the order, unless its late or if its a Saturday or Sunday, then it will be first thing the next business day. The longest time in the build is waiting for the insert glue to dry, as we use Bohning Insert Iron to set the inserts, it takes 24 hours before we can ship! So usually your build will be done within 48hours!

What are the weights of the inserts?

Our Inserts are 12.6 Grains and made from high quality Alloy!

What glues do you use?

We use Bohning Insert Iron, Bohning Blazer Bond and Loctite 401!

Arrow Squaring

Yes we provide this service... most places will just cut your arrows and glue the inserts in without squaring both ends, which ultimately effects your accuracy. We square the ends by marking both ends with ink and grinding them flat on a jig until we can not see the ink anymore. We charge extra for this service, as it takes extra time to do the job properly. Which is why most shops do not offer the service in the first place!

Insert Centering

We actually also center the inserts as best we can, however this is not done as a guarantee because its a highly delicate procedure and they are prone to shifting sometimes when the glue dries or a few other factors. This again is a service that is not often offered by a pro shop, here you get it for free. All we can do is give you our word that we have centered them to the best of our ability.

Are they real Bohning Blazer Vanes?

Yes they sure are, no cheap rip offs here! Bohning have been a great partner and we really like working with them!
